How we are different from “The Presidential Prayer Team”

We are fully behind The Presidential Prayer Team effort. Hence we have linked to their web site. But we are different in a few ways.

• They are solely encouraging the body of Christ to pray. We encourage the body of Christ to fast and pray.
• They have staff to do research on prayer requests and post them daily. We do not. (Hence we encourage our people to look up prayers on their web site.)
• They are dependent upon donations to keep their ministry going. We are not.
• They sell items to make money for their ministry. We do not.
• They have expanded their ministry to include our Armed Forces. We have not.
• They will contact you multiple times for multiple reasons. We only contact you reminding you of your fasting date.

Can you be a member of both? Absolutely! Are you more spiritual by joining one and not the other or by joining both? No. Do what the Lord puts on your heart, but take your pledge very seriously! Both are a solemn commitment before God, not man. You will only get a reminder from us and that’s all. Only you and the Lord will know of your faithfulness in fasting and praying for the president and our nation.
